How to Lose 10 lbs in a Month

So, you want to know how to lose 10 lbs in 30 days?! Totally achievable goal! If you think about it, every decision we have made up until this point in our lives has led us to exactly where we are and what we have. So, if you find yourself wanting to get rid of some extra weight, then you’ll need to do some different things. Doing the same thing and expecting different results is the definition of insanity, so lets not be insane lol

Getting started is often the hardest part for me when it comes to trying to make a change or trying something new. Many times I would over complicate starting by trying to research and figure out the best new way to get in shape. When in actuality, if we had just gotten started when we first had the thought cross our mind, we would be much farther along towards our goal. So instead of recommending one of my programs, I want to simply make it easier to get you started towards losing those 10 lbs. Using these 3 tips, you can not only lose 10lbs in a month, but you can continually use these 3 tips for long term overall health. Here we go!

  1. Eliminate Processed Food/Carbohydrates: so much of our food we consume today is processed. 60% of the average Americans diet is processed food. I truly believe processed food and carbohydrates is why we are so sick and overweight today in comparison to 100 years ago. If we ate foods at their most natural state (meat, dairy, fruit, veggies) we would be much better off. Eliminating processed foods will lower not only the amount of calories we take in, but the quality of the calories.
  2. Eat Meat: contrary to what we have been taught, red meat is actually one of, if not the MOST nutrient dense food we have on the planet. Red meat also has a wide variety of micro nutrients as well! By focusing our diet on being primarily meat and protein, it keeps us satiated (full) for longer periods of time. This is due to the fat content in the meat we eat, since fat is a slower burning fuel source than carbohydrates (sugars) are. This will automatically regulate our appetite and lead to lower calorie intake. here’s a tip within a tip, eat MEAT,EGGS,DAIRY, FRUIT
  3. Go for at least a 10 min walk/day: We as a population are more sedentary than we’ve ever been. Walking is such an underrated exercise. People underestimate the power of going on at least a 10 minute walk a day. If you can do more, then GO FOR IT! But with all of our busy schedules, I think almost everyone can find a 10 minute window to go for a little walk or do 10 minutes of another exercise. 10 minutes might not seem like a lot, but you would be surprised at what small consistency can achieve.
